We always have the answers within ourselves.

Reconnect

During our sessions, client’s reconnect with their innate knowing or Self, through two key tools; quiet time and their body compass. I coach clients in the use of these tools to move towards an aligned, purpose-filled life, and away from feeling stuck, lost, or dissatisfied.

— Quiet time is a daily practice.

Beginning with 5 minutes of sitting without distractions. The purpose is to allow the reasoning, thinking part of the brain to rest and allow subtle messages to surface from the creative, intuitive part of the brain.

— The body is a compass we are born with.

We are often taught to override. If you’ve ever used language like gut feeling, tension, butterflies, or goosebumps, you’ve referred to your unique body compass.

Each session is client-driven, and we work together to explore your area(s) of least satisfaction. Sessions begin with a check in, an opportunity to share what’s on your mind or what you’d like to work on that day. I follow an intuitive approach, asking questions, sharing tools, to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.

The conversations can feel enlightening, vulnerable, surprising and challenging, particularly when you encounter a limiting belief. At the end of each session, there is an opportunity for you to share anything you noticed during the session, find interesting or enlightening, and identify your own plans for integrating the session.

Offerings

Quiet Time

This is ideal for folks who have experience with coaching in the past, and are interested in a more self-led, self-coaching model. The intention is to introduce the Quiet Time tool and provide support through commitment and accountability. 1 hour session, plus 5 weekly follow up sessions (30 minutes each)

Reconnect

For folks who feel lost, unsure, and disconnected. We’ll work together over the course of the program to reconnect you with your innate knowing. The first sessions will focus on introducing Quiet Time and your Body Compass. Each subsequent session will be an opportunity to check in, share what’s on your mind, and focus on your area(s) of least satisfaction or challenge. 6 weeks - 60 minutes per week

 FAQs

  • There are many different types of coaches, so it's important that both you and your coach 'fit' and are excited to work together. So, why work with me?

My focus is on how your life feels - mentally, physically and spiritually. Clients who work with me, want to:

    • Move from stuck, unhappy, unsure to clarity, momentum, and aligned action

    • Feel supported by someone who isn't directly involved in the circumstances

    • Reconnect with their intuition/essential Self, to make aligned choices and live their 'on purpose' life

    • Experience guidance and support as they explore and question expectations, beliefs, and 'shoulds'

  • I work with people who are curious, open, and interested in living their life.

Often my clients are meeting cultural or familial expectations, but feel like something is missing, not quite right, and they are looking to make changes. Changes that will lead to living their aligned, on purpose life.

  • In our first session, we'll establish an area of focus. I'll ask questions to ensure I understand your focus and what you hope to get out of the coaching sessions (an outcome like clarity about XYZ, action plan, next steps, decision made, new tools or techniques etc.)

    A session generally looks like:

    • Checking in (varies, depending on how the last session ended)

    • Share what's on your mind for that session, how it ties into the area of focus, and what you'd like by the end of the current session

    • I'll ask open questions, offer reflections, hypothesis, and other tools/techniques appropriate to our discussion

    • End the session with an invitation for you to reflect back and identifying any ideas or action items to explore further

Coaching is client-led, meaning you choose the area of focus for the time we're together and what we explore in each session. And, if something has changed and you want to change the area of focus - we do!

  • First, we'll meet for a short 'discovery call' over Zoom. This is a chance to meet, get to know each other a little, for you to share what prompted your interest in coaching, and we can decide if we're a fit and would like to work together.

When we decide to work together, I'll send you a:

    • coaching agreement

    • invoice for your chosen package

    • dates/time options for the first session

We meet via Zoom for 1 hour each week, over the 4, 6, or 8 weeks of your package.

  • Session packages are set at 6 sessions (tiered pricing: $320, $400, or $480), because the greatest benefits occur with consistency over time.

    Why three options?

I believe everyone can benefit from coaching and everyone's circumstances are unique. Coaching should be accessible AND reflects my experience and circumstances.

Three options allows you to choose the most suitable price for your situation.

    • Community ($80 per session)

    • Sustain ($100 per session)

    • Support ($120 per session)

But how do I know which option to choose?

You know you're circumstances best, but here are a few things to consider:

    • Do I own a home or land?

    • Did I complete, or am enrolled in, post-secondary education?

    • How often do I go on vacation, if at all, and where do I go?

    • Are my bills or credit cards on autopay?

    • Do I have a financial safety net (i.e. friends, family, savings)?

    • Can I provide financial support to others, if I choose?

If most of your answers were

    • 'yes', consider Support (supports others seeking coaching)

    • 'no', consider Community (supported by others)

    • a mix, consider Sustain (covers your enrollment)
